OnKey to disable keys

I HAVE THE FOLLOWING CODE IN MY THIS WORKBOOK CODE FORM UNDER WORKBOOK OPEN:

Application.OnKey "{CAPSLOCK}", ""

Application.OnKey "{F1}", ""

THE {F1} DISABLES PERFECTLY, BUT THE CAPSLOCK DOES NOT. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??
