Only Selection appears

Hi,

I wonder if someone could guide me. I'm trying to create a sales sheet for random staff - what i want is if anyone selects A 1 then it appear section to input A 1 and so on for any staff.

Only shows chosen section - there are about 30 staff. Also don't want to hide columns as there are more data below, which needs to stay.

Hope it makes sense.

Use rules with Conditional formatting
Home - Conditional formatting - New Rule... - Use a formula to determine which cells to format...
For the first range Use the formula =E2="" (Assuming E2 is your targetted cell with the drop down arrow)
Then choose White fill and white font, no borders

Repeat for each section.
Does that solve it?
Otherwise it will be your chosen colours
