Open a file from a selection in the listbox

I have a program that saves client files for us. there is an "Open" button that displays a listbox populated with the names of the client files in a specific folder. The code I am using to display the file names is this:

I want the user to be able to select the client file and then click a "View App" button to open the selected file. Is there any way to do this?
