Open a new mail message in outlook from clicking a button in excel document

I work with excel everyday at work, and I was wondering how to create a button in excel, and when I click on it I want it to open a new mail message in outlook. I also would like to add in information so that when it opens a new mail message it already has words in the body.

Someone please help me !!
