Open a picture file in fullscreen mode (F11) through Windows Photo Viewer

I found this code in another topic:

Dim FILEPATH As String
FILEPATH = "C:\Users\yongle\Pictures\whatever.jpg"
Shell "RunDLL32.exe C:\Windows\System32\Shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen " & FILEPATH
End Sub

If I run it, it opens a picture I define through the FILEPATH, but it only opens and maximizes the window.
Try to open a picture with Windows Photo Viewer and press F11, you will see it fills your screen entirely with the picture, no top bar, no window task bar etc...

How can I do this? I am sure it is only a minimal step that is missing...

I found a list of the exported functions, you can see the "ImageView_Fullscreen" among them.

I don't want to start a slide show (namely F11), I just want the picture maximized fully.
