Open a report at a certain record from a form

Hi all,

I will give my apologies now for anything I don't understand as I am not advanced in this stuff at all.

I have a form (activity list input) that is used to input details of events that we run. There is a field (ID) that is the primary key and as such is unique to each event I would like to create a button on this form that would allow me to open the same record in the report (Activity Evaluation Form) for printing. The report is an evaluation form with part populated data that will be given to the attendees. The regular buttons only seem to open the report and I have no idea how to get it to pen a a certain event. I must stress that I have never programmed or macro'd if they are needed and so any help would need to be simple for me if possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
