“open and Closed inverted Commas" in c9 and c16 need formula in vb macro

hi

i need a vb macro formula to run in macro to put inverted comma start and end of sentence in the fiels

like "i am good in macro excel"

in cell c9 and c16 cell

what ever the text is there first and last in cell c9 and c16 need vb macro to run

The line of code I gave you will add the inverted commas to C9

i am using macro

were it as to put inverted comma to cell c9 and c16 and all multi excel sheet

inverted comma in first and last between text in the c9 text
