Open Lotus Notes email thru Excel

First post and glad to be here-

I have various snippets of code borrowed from Nate O on how to send email through LN, but I haven't the slightest on how to open a received email and retrieve either an .xls or .pdf attachment.

The sender, header, and file names are always the same on the email is always the same.
