Open New excel file in new window Excel 2016

Hello,

I'm using Excel 2016.
When I open new excel file instead of opening it in new window excel will open the file in a new tab in same window(attached picture) I am using two monitors and most of the time i want to have my excel files open in different windows.
Is there a way to force excel to open new file in new window by default?

Thanks Dermot. I wanted to set opening in a new window as default. and registry change didn't work for me.
