Open Outlook from Excel Macro and get all mail data entered in Excel cells

Hello All,
Please direct me how this could be done!!
I want to open Outlook from Excel Macro and get all mail data entered in Excel cells.
Macro should iterate through all my outlook folder and read "Mail Sent To", "Mail Sent From", Data and subject. And enter this in Excel sequencially.
