hi all,

In our financial report we are using pivot table's te get insight in all costs.
The Pivot table consists of several levels like this:

Cluster type account positive negative difference
1 algemaan 41 pers 41001 100 1000 -900
..................................41002 200 100 100
2 etc

In order to show all information of the pivot table someone has to click all levels open (double click each line..)

is there a way to show the most detailed information at once??

thx

david

ps if this was allready explained somewhere else i'm sorry but i couldn't find it.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
hi all,

didn't i explain the problem properly or is this impossible?
please post....

thx

david
