Open .txt as .xls

i would like to open .txt file into already existing excel sheet.

i have 2 sheets, sheet1 and sheet2
in sheet1 i want to import a Report.txt file from this path- D:\sample\
in sheet2 i want to import Report1.txt file from this path - D:\Sample\

how to obtain this???
i want the text files to be opened as excel files in the specified sheets........

Use Data|Get External Data|Import Text File.

i have not recorded a macro before..
i used to write macro directly.
