opening error

Anyone have an idea how I would get rid of the following error? It appears upon opening a workbook:

"Cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\Library\MSQuery\XLQUERY.XLA'!Register.DClick, which has been assigned to run each time [MyReport.xls]Report is opened."

I think there is an Excel version issue here, have a look at
