Opening excel icon then userform

Any code for this?
if my files excel icon in my folder has a userform, how I set it up if i click the excel icon, just the userform will appear not the excel/workbook.

try this in the workbook module

Sub workbook_open()
    MyForm.show
    Application.visible=false
end if


Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
    Application.Visible = True
End Sub

word of warning... if your app fails due to error, there is no way to unhide the app.
i recommend you put a "Debug me" button that unhides excel somewhere in your form until you are certain it works. you will need to use task manager to quit excel if it fails.
