I've recieved a copy of an excel file from our Korean office's and I'm attempting to open it with an English version of Excel. The file contains VBA code, that I was hoping to be able to modify for our use. The only problem is that it comes up with a error
"Name conflicts with existing module, project or object library".

I press OK and get prompted a second time to enable the macro's and then recieve this message.

"Lost Visual Basic project."

Anyone know a way to get around this? Or will I need to have the Korean office do an export of all the files and userforms?

Thanks in advance.

Bump

No takers? Has anyone attempted this with some other character set file other then Korean? I think some the same logic would apply?
