Opening two versions

I received a file someone sent me and everytime I open the file it automatically opens two versions 1 and :2). I looked to see if there are any macros that may be causing it but did not find any. The file is linked to Hyperion and not sure if that may be it. Does anybody know why this is so? Any help would be appreciated.
