Option Button - Form Controls - I want to use multiple cell refrences

Im using 'Option Buttons' in form controls and one problem I am having is linking the form control to a different refrence. Whenever I insert a new Form control, it always refrences the same original cell ($B$2).

Is there any workaround?

Its like a survey I have and I have several questions, and each questiosn uses a option button.
