Option button text changes size

Hi Guys,

I'm having a pretty irritating problem that I think makes the worksheet look somewhat unprofessional and there has to be an easy fix.

I created 2 option buttons in a worksheet and when I click on either one the text gets a little bigger for a second then when I move my cursor off the text, the text gets a little smaller.

Is there some property I need to change or what should I do exactly?
