Hello,

Can somebody please tell me how, if possible, to assign or link an option button to a cell or row?

I have a large spreadsheet and every row has an option button at the end of it, however on occasions I will need to filter my data for specific values. When I filter the data the option buttons don't get filtered with the row and end up just layered over eachother.

Can anybody help please?

Many Thanks,

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Right click on the option button, click on format control and go to the Properties tab and select the option for Don't move or size with cells.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the quick response, I've tried that but it is still not filtering the option button with the row and they are all still layering up over eachother?

Ah right following your instructions they have stopped layering up, so they all stay in the order they are meant to be, but how can I get them to be hidden/filtered with the rest of the row?

Can anyone help please?
