Is there a wildcard optionbutton** name vice having to type each optionbutton number i.e., optionbutton34? I have hundreds of option buttons that I want to link the optionbutton caption to different cells.

So somthing like this....

Range("A1").Value = OptionButton**.Caption

Hey there,

You could write a macro to cycle through all the option buttons and update the captions. Then just tie it to an "Update labels" command button.

I don't know the correct syntax for accessing an activex control on a worksheet, however, maybe a more experienced coder could fill that in?

Cheers.
