HI , I have a data set that i need to highlight (will be upto 10) certain numbers in the same column and thought this would be easy but!!!!!!!
I have the folowing formula in my conditonal formating (there are only 2 numbers in example i will need up to 10)

as you can see it seems to highlight random numbers , i have done this with text successfully but cannot get this to work!!!!!!!!!
or is there a better approach!
There are 15 colulmns and i will need to highlight the whole row.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Is H2 the first cell in your reference range ?
Change H2 to $H2 in your CF
