ordenar tabla automaticamente

la formula que uso es =K.ESIMO.MAYOR($R$5:$R$8;FILA()-4) y se refiere a una tabla auxiliar

me ordena automaticamente los puntos que surgen a su vez de otra tabla pero lo que no ordena es el nombre de los equipos, si uso la misma formula para la celda de los equipos sucede que si hay equipos con el mismo puntaje, estas celdas toman el mismo nombre. Espero que se entienda ya que no puedo insertar el archivo adjunto. No hay muchas opciones para poder explicar bien el problema.

Tengo la siguiente duda. Como Hago para que en L5 aparezca un 1 si la celda S4 deja de estar vacia y lo mismo para cuando las celdas S6 y S8 dejan de estar vacias. En total tendria que sumar 3 y si todas estan vacias no tendria que sumar nada. Le dejo la tabla en el link.
