Organizing multiple sheets into one overview sheet

Hey guys

We have at work a risk management excel file, where we post and update our risks accordingly. We are always improving on our work (until we realise we should use a SaaS product) and we are trying to include risk evaluation. Every risk has its own sheet and in the bottom we have made an evaluation table where they can edit the risk during the year if something happens. The risks often only changes once, but can possibly also change 2-3 times. All this is working fine, but we are missing the great overview or even perhaps a report when necessary.

Do you have any ideas on how to organize a risk evaluation sheet where the information comes from different sheets and has to be easy to organize? In theory I could do a code to include lines if they are not empty but how will I manage the multiple entries in one sheet?

I don't mind including lots of VB (i can always ask here for help if it too advanced for me, god bless) but of course I need to make sure that I am not the only one who can update and eventually improve the file.

Thanks in advance! :)
