Hi,
Was just wondering ...
I'm thinking, that like me, a great many proficient Excel users get their source data from other applications / databases.

Which are you using ?
Which do you find user friendly ?

Are you using Excel to further cut / analyse data and/or provide the spit & polish for presentation ?

Me: Using Business Objects Desktop Intelligence XI r2 (going to r3 next month), it's generally frustrating with many glitches, especially running over a corporate net.
The graph tools are virtually non-existant and, due to it running over an Oracle relational warehouse, the data attributes and metrics have forced joins that you can only work around in Excel..

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
