Outlook calendar reminders from dates in a cell

Hi,

I have a range of cells C3:C16, thes have dates in that if possible I want reminders to generate in Outlook.

So if I put a date in cell C8, can it automatically put a reminder in outlook for me for this using VBA?

Or is there another way to do this possibly?
