Outlook email macro?

If there a macro I could use that would insert the "From" and "To" email address in an outlook 2007 email?

I want to be able to open a new email in outlook 2007, click on the macro and it would fill in the "From" and "To" fields.

Can this be done? If so does anyone know the code for the macro?

There both work related email address. I send out any where from 40 to 60 emails a night and they all go to the same "To" email address and they all come from the same "From" address.
