How do I move the information from ALL my personal folders in Outlook for storage somewhere else. In other words, if I was not able to access or create a personal folder in the future, how and where could I store the info in those folders somewhere else for future access and also how could I continue to use some other method for keeping the emails that I need (filed) for future use?

Sorry if confusing :(

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You could simply copy the pst files and store them elsewhere, or you can select all the messages in Outlook and drag them to another folder location (eg via Windows Explorer). They are then saved as individual messages.
