I have a spreadsheet containing conditional formatting to see whether or not a staff number appears more than once.
The information that is input into this spreadsheet is in CSV format so the user downloads the CSV and pastes it onto the spreadsheet. Unfortunately when this happens they over-write the conditional formatting.
Is there any way to keep formatting without either creating a macro to put it back in or having the user simply 'paste values' instead of all.
