Dear All,
I want to select multiple entries of a data field which is placed in the page section of a Pivot table. Currently, I can only select ONE ENTRY ONLY.

Is it generally possible?

Thanks in advance for your kind attention and reply.

Best regards - Uwe

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
How would you expect this to be displayed?

The thing about the page field is that, to me at least, it's designed to allow viewing of one particular data set at a time. If you need to see more data, it might be that you need to fundamentally change the layout of your pivot. Maybe you need more items in the columns or row segments of the table.

It's a little hard to be sure without a look at your data, your pivot and an idea about what you're trying to represent.

What version of Excel are you using? You can't select multiple items prior to Excel 2007, which introduced Report Filters. You can select multiple items in a row or column field prior to Excel 2007.
