I am fairly new to Access, so bear with me. I have a simple DB with one table. On this table is a field called CONO. I have written a report whereby I want it to prompt the user to put in a value for CONO so it only pulls employees with that CONO. I followed the online help, and I can get it to prompt me for CONO, but the report ends up pulling people with other CONOs on it.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

What did you use for the criteria for the CONO field?

It should be something like this.

[Please enter CONO]
