OK, I am using Excel 2007. I have a macro that I created to Email the sheet when needed and another one to email just what I select in the sheet. ALL works perfect, EXCEPT, I need it to unprotect sheet to work and then protect the sheet after it prepares to email it. The code I have is below. I have tried to add the following in many different places and it does not like it. Me.Unprotect Password:="123" and me.protect Password:="123" Can you please tell me where to put it in the code below?

Sub Mail_Range()
'Working in 2000-2010
Dim Source As Range
Dim Dest As Workbook
Dim wb As Workbook
Dim TempFilePath As String
Dim TempFileName As String
Dim FileExtStr As String
Dim FileFormatNum As Long
Dim i As Long
Set Source = Nothing
On Error Resume Next
Set Source = Range("C9:M3723").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible)
On Error GoTo 0
If Source Is Nothing Then
MsgBox "The source is not a range or the sheet is protected, please correct and try again.", vbOKOnly
Exit Sub
End If
With Application
.ScreenUpdating = False
.EnableEvents = False
End With
Set wb = ActiveWorkbook
Set Dest = Workbooks.Add(xlWBATWorksheet)
Source.Copy
With Dest.Sheets(1)
.Cells(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=8
.Cells(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
.Cells(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats
.Cells(1).Select
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End With
TempFilePath = Environ$("temp") & "\"
TempFileName = "ANDERSEN PRICING & " & Format(Now, "dd-mmm-yy h-mm-ss")

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Hi,

Try,

Code:
Sub Test()

Dim a,b as long 'Declare variables

ActiveSheet.UnProtect Password:="abc"

'Your code

ActiveSheet.Protect Password:="abc"

End Sub
