Password to print macro?

I have a schedule workbook and my team keeps printing copies of my schedule. I need a way that when you try to print it requires a password. Maybe a macro or a setting that I am missing...

Can anyone help??

Try this: right click the Excel logo

just to the left of File on the menu bar, select View Code and paste in

Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Const pw As String = "xyz" '<<< change to suit
If InputBox("Enter password to print") <> pw Then
    MsgBox "Wrong password - printing cancelled"
    Cancel = True
End If
End Sub

i must have messed up the installation of the script as it does not disable printing.

should this be entered under the sheet or this workbook?
