Past on skipped cell, write formula e for skipped subtract

1.How do I past on the skipped cells "past"
2.on column I and J the formula should be immediate like =I6 - I3, J6 - J3 etc then I will use autofill to get other cells.But here whenever there is "RAY" in column ID it will no longer be immediate but skipped to subtract a non RAY like =I9 - I3 etc Please how do I write a formula that can generalize all so if I autofill I can get all cells
