Past on skipped cell, write formula for skipped subtract

1. How do I past on the skipped cells "past"
2. On column I and J the formula should be immediate like =I6 - I3, J6 - J6 etc then autofill to get other cells. But here whenever there is "RAY" in column ID it will no longer be immediate but skipped to subtract non RAY like I9 - I 3 etc
Please how do I write the formula to represent all so I can autofill to get all
