Paste a word table inside an excel cell?

I created the table below in word and I want to retain what it looks like and somehow insert it into an excel cell. I want the excel cell to look normal but have a drop down to view the word table. Is this possible? Please help!

The "Un-Front Fee":
One Mi llion United States Dollars (USD$1,000,000)	First installment of $500,000 to be paid upon execution of this Agreement. Second installment of $500,000 to be paid upon the earlier of (1) the formal public announcement of the Project and (2) May 31 , 2016, provided that the amount of this second installment shall be credited against the first and subsequent Gross Sales Fees due to Licensor, until such amount has been fully credited.
The below, collectivelv, are the "Gross Sales Fees":
2.50% of Gross Sales Price received by Licensee or its Affiliates. "Gross Sales Price" shall mean the total selling price of each saleable real estate unit at the Project (each, a "Saleable Real Estate Unit"), includ ing, without l imitation, any condomi nium office unit, without any deduction therefrom whatsoever. The Gross Sales Price shall not include any taxes paid by a purchaser unless paid to and for the benefit of Licensee and/or its Affiliates.	Upon the applicable Gross Sales Fee Payment Date.
2.50% of Other Gross Sales Price received by Licensee or its Affiliates. "Other Unit Gross Sales Price" shall mean the total selling price of any portion of the Project which IS not a Saleable Real Estate Unit, including, without limitation, storage spaces and similar areas and a l l additional amenities or components (including any memberships) not otherwise contemplated in this Agreement (each, an "Other Unit"), without any deduction therefrom whatsoever. The Other Unit Gross Sales Price shall not include any taxes paid by a purchaser unless paid to and for the benefit of Licensee and/or its Affiliates.
The "Rent Fee":
For any space that has not been sold, but is leased or licensed by Licensee or its Affiliates at any time at the Project, 2.50% of all of the rental amounts (base rent plus all additional rent, including, without l imitation common area maintenance, real estate taxes paid by tenant, and/or percentage rent) applicable to such Saleable Rea l Estate Unit or Other Unit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no fees would be due on (1) rent received on any space that has been sold, as allowed under this Agreement and for which Licensee received payment, and (2) any collection by Licensee of payments from tenants that are for direct utilities for such tenant's space	On a monthly basis, within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of rent from the tenant.
The "Other Fees":
2.50% of Other Revenue. "Other Revenue” shall mean any and all other revenue whatsoever derived by Licensee or any of its Affiliates from the Project, including, without l imitation (or duplication), any operating revenues as allowed under this Agreement.	On a monthly basis, prior to the twenty-first (21st) day of each calendar month on account of the prior calendar month.

you can paste it directly into a cell....but the formatting will change
Instead of highlighting a cell and pasting, put the cursor in the formula bar ( above the column headers)...then paste.

To get it to look exactly like the word table would need some manipulation, and I think VBA would be required

You could do a screen print of your table, then save that as a picture. Now go to Excel, right-click the cell you want it in, and select Insert Comment. Now follow the instructions here:

to insert the picture into the comment. Now whenever someone hovers the mouse over that cell, they'll see the picture which contains your table.

thats actually very close to what I had originally intended but I don't like the look what about forget the table is there a way to paste inside a cell and keep the format of what you're pasting?

You can certainly paste something into a cell, but the formatting is not guaranteed. You can enlarge the height and width of the cell, turn on Word Wrap, use Alt-Enter for line feed within the cell, and try to fix it to look like the source. By selecting the cell, and highlighting sections of the text in the cell, you can apply different fonts and colors to different sections. You may need a fixed pitch font like Courier New to get things to line up.

Frankly, that sounds like a lot of work. I'd stick with the first option if that's at all close. You can format the comment too, position, background color, size, etc. Probably easier.
