Paste shortcut?

I have a locked group of cells at the top of my sheet. When scrolling on cells in the bottom of the sheet, I want to be able to click on a cell making it active and then the have the value in the next cell I click (on the top locked rows)sent to it. Now I repreatedly copy / paste for this. Does anyone know a shortcut? Thanks for your help in advance...
