Hello:
I am using "paste special/multiply/skip blanks" and have a question. If any of the cells in the cloumn are blank, the paste special/multiply operation inserts a zero into the cell. Then, I have to go into all of these cells and delete the zeros so they are once again blank. Can anyone suggest a way to use the "paste special/multiply" function so that blank cells remain blank? Thanks!!

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
The option to skip blanks is to prevent copied blanks from being pasted, not to prevent a copied value being pasted to a blank cell.

The only way to do what you want would be to omit the empty cells from the paste range by using Ctrl g > Special > Constants.
