Pasted Image not keeping size

I have been taking screen shots, pasting them in Excel and shrinking them. I notice quite a bit that when I close the sheet and open it again the images don't remian the same size. They elongate. Is there any way I can prevent this. Thanks

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
