PasteSpecial Method of Range Class Failed Error with Multiple PasteSpecials

This code worked fine until recently when it started breaking at .PasteSpecial xlPasteFormats. I've read and tried a bunch of "solutions" but none of them have worked. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

With WS1

     .Range("I27:X34").Copy
        With WS2.Range("A1")
            .PasteSpecial xlPasteColumnWidths
            .PasteSpecial xlPasteFormats
            .PasteSpecial xlPasteValuesAndNumberFormats
            Application.CutCopyMode = False
        End With

     .Range("I38:J137").Copy
        With WS2.Range("A12")
            .PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteColumnWidths
            .PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats
            .PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValuesAndNumberFormats
            Application.CutCopyMode = False
            .Range("A13:B17").Delete Shift:=xlUp
        End With
End With
