Pasting data from Userform within a string of text located in a cell

I have a userform that collects user input, formats the input and places it into a worksheet cell using VBA. However, the cell may already be populated with a string of text. In that case, I would like the userform to place the data starting at the cursor location within the cell instead of at the beginning or at the end. Is that possible?

Thanks for your help in advance,

Steve J.

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Not sure exactly what your trying to accomplish. Here is a thread relating to the location of a cursor:

Getting X Y coordinate of Cursor in VBA

Can you provide more detail? It's possible to check if the cell that could possibly contain a string of data is "" (blank) and then do one thing if it is blank or do another if it is not blank... What exactly do you want to happen if the cell is not blank? Can it be determined by other logic besides a cursor?

How is the cursor still in an active cell if there is a UserForm being launched? When the UserForm is launched doesn't it prevent the cursor from being active in a cell?
