Is there a way to copy a formula that is going horizontally and paste it on another sheet going vertical?

Kind of like pasting special values transpose only for formulas.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to look at this.

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
It works for Values transpose, but when I try to do the same thing with Formulas it gives me #REF! error.

I have data on Sheet2 going across the page. This data is copied from a report we get from a website (no changing it). I made Sheet1 a sumary for the totals from Sheet2. On Sheet1 I want to make cell A1 = to A1 on Sheet2 (easy enough) then make A2 on Sheet1 = to B1 on Sheet2 and so on.

I use the OFFSET function, or INDEX function to do this, fetching cells from different places dependant on what row my formula is on, like:
Code:
=INDEX(Sheet2!$A$1:$Z$1,ROW()-1)
