I copied some info. from a site and went to paste it to an excel spread sheet as one of my coworkers does all the time with no problem. She can paste this to the excel spread sheet but when i try all i get is the clipboard and (ctrl) with a drop down arrow. Do i have a setting off ? I have tried the right click paste and the ctrl V with the exact same out come.

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Welcome to the Board!

I hate than **** thing - I accidentally hit CTRL too many times and do that to myself all the time.

Hit ESC, then CRTL+V.

On the Home tab/Clipboard group you can click the Show all option and get to its options.
