I’m trying to paste multiple jpg images into Excel at the same time. The paste special only gives me text and Unicode option. It pastes but doesn’t paste the image only the words ‘image’ ‘Image’. I can paste one image at a time just not multiple. Is it because of some kind of special character between images like a carriage return? How can I paste the images?

Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
What if... you just paste? What happens then?

No, I thought they were but it looks like it is copying as a rtf Instead of jpg. It will paste fine in Word. Is there a way to get it to paste into Excel 2016?

rtf is rich text fromat and indeed that opens in Word just fine. I have no clue for getting those in Excel.

Thanks for your help! Weird that it will paste one image but if I copy both at same time it will not paste.
