Pasting splits in cells

Hi pals,

i have problem while pasting a data which is extracted from a database

it splits data of a cell while copying and pasting

for eg :

i am copying a name Christopher george Lewis from the DB and pasting in a cell and i wanted the name in one cell but intead it showing Christopher in one cell and george inanother and Lewis in an other do i have to change some settings.please advice

Hi louisjeorge:

Try unchecking the space as Delimiter setting in Data_Text_To_Columns dialogBox page 2 before pasting in the cell of a worksheet.
