When I copy a range of cells that have wraped text, Columns wider than others and cells deeper tan others, why when I copy and paste them on to a new sheet does it cram up into columns and cells all the same size. Can I paste in a way to do it as it was copied?

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Hmmm! It is when i filter information from a master sheet, I want to pase the selected range of information onto a new shhet. When I do this it does not retain the original width of of the copied column.

The copy/paste seems to copy the wrapped text properly, increasing the row heights of those cells that have increased row height in the original, without having to copy the entire column(s). To get the same column width - after you copy/paste, click on "Edit/Paste Special", check "Column widths" and click on "O.K.".
