Pausing Macro

I'm running a macro that execute a Query then refresh about 3 Pivot Tables. My Problem is that excel refresh all the tables before all data has been gather from the data base. There is any way to pause the macro for a few second or force to complete the data gathering before the tables refreshing.

Application.Wait Now + TimeValue("00:00:07")

change for the length of time you want to pause. This is set for 7 seconds
