Can sum1 please tell me the formula for this:

1) bonus is payable @ 8.33% of basic salary plus DA and should not exceed 2000.

2)DA is calculated at 150% of basic salary for those with basic up to 16000 and 100% for those with basic more than 16000 with a condition that a person having basic more than 16000 gets a minimum of 24000 DA
