PDF to Excel

Is the a way to convert a pdf file to Excel - At work we are given job cards in pdf format and I have written a shift pattern and on any given day would like to hyperlink that day to the job card. I have tried many suggestions by Google, used many of the free site 'converters' but at best, when viewed in Excel my text is all over the place and it is sometimes easier to type out the required text directly into Excel. Perhaps if someone could recommend a program I would be happy to look at that! Can try and upload a job card in pdf format it that will hep resolve my issue!

I have Acrobat at work and even with that converting from PDF to Excel is not great. A column of numbers in the PDF will be in different columns in Excel and sometimes it is even missing the last few lines from each page of the PDF. Sorry to tell you I do not know of a good way of converting a PDF.
