Pdf to excel

I converted a ten column financial statement from pdf to excel but now need to seperate the data into individual cells,since it came over with ten columns of data in one cell. I've done it once before but can't remember how to seperate the converted data into cells. Thank you

In 2007 it's Data > Text to Columns.
