I have three treatments that have initial values and final values (see below):

Treatment Initial Final Percent Increase
Control 30.844 63.634 106.3%

Low 31.020 55.104 77.6%

High 27.004 65.176 141.3%
AVG: 108%

I would like to make a general statement about their increase rather than saying control increased by xx%, low increased by xx%, etc. My thoughts were to take all three treatments (all have an increase) and calculate an average to state that they increased on average by 108%. Does this seem approriate? Thank you very much!

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.

Hi, Your statement is factually correct, but whether it is appropriate depends on the context (audience, purpose, type of study, industry standards).

That one fact doesn't appear to convey much of the story of the study.

Hope this helps.
